A HEALING JOURNEY
It's a long way from Uruguay to the Central Coast...a long physical, emotional and spiritual journey as well for Adriana Viglione.
Diagnosed with cancer some years ago Adriana was told by doctors to go home and enjoy each day.
"Initially I was very upset and then I thought.... I'll Show you!' she says.
Quite by chance Adriana was told about a miraculous Brazilian healer named 'John of God'.
"There I was, sceptical, with absolutely no spiritual belief... preparing to travel to Brazil to see this man, "says Adriana.
Amazed at herself she chose not to do any research, avoiding any hype that might have coloured her expectations. Financially and physically it was no easy task to get to Brazil. Dying and barely able to walk, Adriana had to sell personal possesssions to make the trip, and two subsequent visits to John of God.
"As soon as I got to this man I knew it was all going to be alright", Adriana says simply.
When she flew back to her home in Australia whe was pushing her own trolley.
"I was told I was healed and must go away and work to help other people" This she accepted, knowing in her heart that it was the right thing to do.
Adriana met her now husband, Nathan, almost by accident. Whilst on a visit to Brazil she offered to help a group of "lost" Kiwis... coincidentally also seeking John of God. One of those travellers was Nathan. Serendipity saw their paths cross again much later and now they are unitied in their spiritual work... together they are official guides offering spiritual journeys to Casa de Dom Inacio - home of 'miracle healer' John of God, in Brazil.
Based on the Central Coast of New South Wales, Adriana and Nathan take guided journeys several times each year. Taking care of all the practicalities for the two week journey ensures the participant maximises their time and healing at the Casa.
"You will also experience Brasilia's famous Temple of Goodwill with the world's largest quartz crystal, Dom Bosco's luminous Blue Church and the highly acclaimed angels in the National Cathedral, "says Nathan. If you are unable to travel due to health reasons it may be possible to have a relative or partner go as a surrogate for you.
Between journeys Adriana offers healings, having gained an amazing gift and insight into the healing energies of Casa de Dom Inacio. The couple have brought a specially designed Crystal Light Bed to Australia which helps to cleanse and energise the body.
"What was a huge awakening for me," says Nathan, "is that there are physical sensations... you can actually experience the energies, they are undeniable."
Adriana feels blessed to be able to give back a little of what she has recieved herself. Adriana and Nathan hope that you will join them in the future for healing, adventure, and spiritual growth.
